My 'old' favorites... Nottinghill, Four Weddings and a Funeral, Bridget Jones's Diary, Moonstruck, Something's Gotta Give, Baby Boom, When Harry Met Sally, Pretty Woman, You've Got Mail, The Proposal, Love Actually....🩷
Oh I loved this round up (and not just because I'm mentioned as having an uncanny radar for the next big thing - TY!). Would love more of this preview-type newsletter!
So much good stuff in this newsletter! I stand with Lauren that "Notting Hill" is one of my favorite rom-coms of all time. It still holds up, and I smile to myself every time I picture Hugh Grant saying "oopsy daisy" to Queen Julia. I think I'm most looking forward to the new installment of Bridget Jones in 2025. But also, I'm feeling so excited that the film adaptation of Sophie Cousens' "Same Time Next Year" is FINALLY making its way stateside in time for Valentine's over on the Roku Channel (Do I have a subscription/access to that streamer? No...but I will figure out how to get it so I can watch Lucien Leon as a romantic leading man!)
I am still very upset that Felicity chose Ben over Noel. Justice for Scott Foley! (Also, this trailer for La Dolce Villa is giving me Find Me Falling vibes, and I am not mad about it.)

All classics! I'm feeling especially nostalgic for cozy British rom-coms these days
Thank you for listing your favorites, Olivia! I still haven't watched some of them. Now, I have some plan for the weekend. ;)
A new Bridget Jones installment is what we all need this year 👏🏻👏🏻
Yesssssss!

WHAT. I need to add to my list!!! I love Lucien. And now I need to find a way to get Roku....there are TOO MANY APPS/CHANNELS/STREAMERS!
Thanks for the shout-out! I'm definitely Team Edward, but the older I get, the more attractive I find Bella's dad lol
Ha!!
Loved this! The way I'm feral for this new Bridget Jones movie......
GIRD YOUR LOINS. Two more weeks!

TOTALLY. And agree with you re: Noel over Ben. Noel was CLEARLY the best choice. Felicity was blinded by her youth!!!
Sounds like there’s a lot to look forward to this year! (Team Jacob for the record.)
SAME. Jacob is the Aidan Shaw of the Twilight universe
Erin, this is so lovely! Thank you so much!! 💕 Very excited for these movies, but mostly the commercial 😆
We'll take what we can get!!!
Every single second counts!
